I woke up this morning to find an entire blood clot formed on about half my bottom teeth. Gross. Apparently, sleeping on the side where my tooth got pulled caused a little bleeding to go a long way. No worries, it wasn’t painful - it just looked pretty damn ugly. And it felt disgusting. I’ll spare you the details.

Thankfully, G. was there to provide emotional support. He took me back to the dentist for an emergency visit this morning, and after the dentist used some magic tools (i.e., scissors & gauze) - voila! - I was back to Brace Face minus the blood.

I keep reminding myself this will be worth it. We’ll see how I feel in a few days when the ortho applies the wire on the braces. Fuuuun.
